Returns and refunds.

Eligibility

Sealed, unopened lyophilized vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery for credit or refund. Capsule-format products in unopened original packaging may be returned on the same window. Reconstituted product (peptide vials that have been opened and prepared with solvent) is not eligible for return on safety and stability grounds.

Cold-chain damage

If a package arrives with the coolant pack fully melted, with vials visibly cracked, or after a transit delay beyond 4 business days from carrier dispatch, the order is eligible for full replacement at our cost. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the carrier cold-chain log and dispatch the replacement.

Documenting a return

Email support@kodiac.org with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 1 business day with a return shipping label and a return reference code. Mark the box exterior with the return code; do not write on the vials or the inner packaging.

Refund timing

Once the return arrives at our facility and the seal is verified intact, refunds are issued within 2 business days to the original payment method. Crypto refunds return to the originating wallet address; card refunds return to the original card and clear in 5 to 10 business days; Zelle refunds appear on the originating bank account in 1 to 3 business days.

Exclusions

Custom-formulated lots, special-order compounds not on our standing catalog, and products purchased through promotional discounts greater than 25 percent are non-returnable except in the case of cold-chain damage or shipping error.

Order cancellation before shipment

Orders may be cancelled at no cost up to the point at which the order enters the lyophilization stage of the processing pipeline. Once a lot has been assigned and aliquot prep has begun, cancellation is at our discretion and may incur a 20 percent restocking fee. The processing stage is visible in your order timeline.
